An End of Line Tester which performs a functional test of all critical components, such as shift effort and electrical and mechanical functions.

Here they are picking parts from an indexing conveyor and taking them through a press operation and a bending operation using a Fanuc robot.

Here they are passing multiple parts through press and drill stations, palletizing them, and adding cardboard strips between each layer of parts.

The Science Channel's "How It's Made" series featured the bumper manufacturing process as filmed at one of their customer’s facilities.  Their guided Bumper carriages were showed during this process.  The segment aired on Friday, November 9 at 9:00pm EST.
